SPINP AGENCY was founded in Prishtina. SPINP sets up a small call center to connect with its customers and sell enterprise solutions. First service contract signed with a customer in Zürich. The customer wanted a website where they would be able to showcase their products and services to connect with their clients and needed a ticketing system to better organize its activities.

2013
Company staff expands to 6 people. Started with the founder a designer and a frontend developer.

2014
SPINP starts a trial period with GFS Befragungsdienst for Call Center (umfrage).
For the next 2 years SPINP would run a call center comprised of only 5 agents to explore the possibility of performing services for GFS Befragungsdienst in Zürich. Should the trial period go well enough and prove the quality of service, next step will be a signed agreement for a broader scope of services and expansion of the number of agents. -
2015
SPINP initiates "12-month open vacancy" to support career development of the youth and hires dedicated training personnel.

2016
Total customers (with signed contracts) exceed 100.
SPINP enters into a signed agreement with GFS Befragungsdienst. After a successful trial period of 2-years, SPINP becomes highly competent for (umfrage) and in agreement with GFS Institute hires 20 agents, effective January 2017. -
2017
SPINP headcount grows to 30 employees. Staff is spread across: Call Center, Software and Web Development, Consulting and Administration. Closes the year with 6-figure net-profit. SPINP records YOY growth of 1450% going backwards from 2017 to 2016. This represents a major milestone for the company as it reinforces the commitment to building a long-lasting, strong company which can support sustainable growth over time.

2018
SPINP starts new business line, Financial and Tax consulting. SPINP relocates to contemporary offices with dedicated conference, training and entertainment spaces.

2019
Steady company growth focused on employee retaining after huge exodus of youth to the west starts to unfold.

2020
The global pandemics occur. Company is forced to continue operations remotely. Established the plan and starts working from home. Unlike many companies which were either bankrupt or forced to close, with all the struggle Spinp manages to continue its operations with relative ease.

2021
Enters a strategic partnership with Actineo GmbH and as an extended arm of the company is responsible for a whole development division of the company. Company staff exceeds 50 employees. Sales starts growing on the 7-figures. Enter a strategic partnership with Autohaus Blekker GmbH and is responsible for developing their complex online shop.

2022
Expansion continues, and new offices are rented. Plans to hire up to 100 employees, even after the global crisis continues to unfold and companies lay off people, Spinp is committed to the growth of the company.
